The Heart Group's certified nurse practitioners are registered nurses who have completed advanced education (a minimum of a master's degree) and specialized training. They work closely with our physicians in both the office and hospital settings. They deliver individualized care and emphasize prevention, wellness and patient education.

Tina Davis, C.R.N.P.
Ms. Davis received her RN Diploma from Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing and an Associate Degree in science from Franklin and Marshall College in 1987. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Webster University in 1995, followed by a Master of Science in nursing from Pennsylvania State University, with a family nurse practitioner specialty in 1999.
Ms. Davis is board certified as a family nurse practitioner.

Sherri Delgado, C.R.N.P.
Ms. Delgado earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Albright College in 1987, followed by a Master of Science in nursing from Villanova University in 1997 with an adult nurse practitioner specialty.
Ms. Delgado is board certified as an adult nurse practitioner and critical care registered nurse.

Deanna Dukes-Graves, C.R.N.P.
Ms. Graves received her Associate Degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1982. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Southern University in 1990, followed by a Master of Science in nursing from the Andrews University in 2000, with an adult nurse practitioner specialty.
Ms. Graves is board certified as an adult nurse practitioner. She is also certified by the Heart Rhythm Society (NASPE) as an associated professional in cardiac pacing.

Mr. Echterling received his RN Diploma from Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing in 1991, followed by a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Millersville University in 1994. He then earned a Master of Science in nursing from Millersville University in 2000, with a family nurse practitioner specialty.
Mr. Echterling is board certified as a family nurse practitioner and critical care registered nurse.

Connie Kiser, C.R.N.P.
Ms. Kiser received her RN Diploma from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in 1986, followed by a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in 1990. She then earned a Master of Science in nursing in 1997 from the University of Pittsburgh, with an acute care nurse practitioner specialty and cardiopulmonary subspecialty.
Ms. Kiser is board certified as an acute care nurse practitioner, an advanced practice school nurse, and in medical-surgical nursing.

Dori Lawson, C.R.N.P.
A board certified registered nurse practitioner, Ms. Lawson has more than 30 years of nursing experience. She has worked in numerous hospital settings and as an emergency transport nurse in Philadelphia. She also is an adjunct nursing instructor.
Ms. Lawson received a bachelor's degree in nursing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and earned her master's in nursing, family nurse practitioner track, from Wilmington University in Delaware. She is a doctoral candidate at Robert Morris University for the degree of Doctor of Nursing Practice.

Ms. Rathman earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Delaware in 1990, followed by a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996, with an adult critical care nurse practitioner specialty.
Ms. Rathman is board certified as an acute care nurse practitioner and critical care registered nurse.

Ms. Repoley received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Bloomsburg University in 1984. After earning a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 as a critical care clinical nurse specialist, she returned for a Post-Masters Certificate in 1999, with an adult critical care nurse practitioner specialty.
Ms. Repoley is board certified as an acute care nurse practitioner and critical care registered nurse. She is also certified by the Heart Rhythm Society (NASPE) as an associated professional in cardiac pacing and cardiac electrophysiology.
